You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
